** User Responsibility for Uploaded Reference Photos**
1. By submitting any pet photos, images, or media to place a custom pet portrait order, you confirm that you hold full legal copyright, portrait rights, and all authorization to use such images for commercial painting production.
2. If the reference photo is taken by a third-party photographer, celebrity, stock image platform, or contains copyrighted characters, trademarks, logos, brand elements, you must obtain formal written usage permission from the original rights holder before uploading.
3. You shall not upload stolen pictures, social media screenshots without consent, copyrighted stock photos, fan art, cartoon IP characters, sports team logos, film & game elements, or any trademarked brand graphics for custom painting production.
4. You take full sole liability for all copyright, portrait right, trademark infringement risks arising from unauthorized images you upload. Our brand shall not bear any legal compensation, fines, or dispute liabilities caused by your illegal image submission.
** Prohibited Custom Content **
We reserve the right to cancel orders without refund if your submitted materials include any of the following infringing elements:
Copyrighted cartoon, movie, anime, game, superhero, Disney, Marvel, Nintendo, Harry Potter and other IP characters;
Registered brand logos, luxury monograms, sports league trademarks, celebrity portraits, protected slogans;
Stock images, paid commercial photography, copyrighted artwork downloaded from internet without licensing;
Third-party pets’ photos without owner’s explicit consent;
Any graphic, text, pattern protected by local or international intellectual property laws.
**Intellectual Property Ownership of Completed Pet Oil Paintings**
1.Our artists retain full global copyright and intellectual property rights of all hand-painted custom pet oil artworks, including drafts, previews, finished canvases, and digital artwork files.
2.Purchasers obtain only personal, non-commercial domestic display rights of the physical painting. You are NOT authorized to:
*Reproduce, scan, photograph, print, copy the artwork for resale, wholesale, print-on- demand, commercial merchandise, or public commercial exhibition;
*Modify, edit, distribute, share the high-definition digital artwork files online for commercial use;
*Register the portrait artwork as your own copyrighted creation on any platform.
3. We reserve the perpetual right to display finished pet portraits (with client’s pet image) on our official website, social media, product catalogs, advertising materials, and portfolio for brand promotion. If you refuse public display of your pet painting, you must send a written notice before production starts.
